Terms of service
Last updated 10 October 2026. Draft for review before launch.
1. The service
MetAt is provided by [legal entity] ("we"). It helps you record people you meet at events and prepare follow-ups. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. Your responsibilities
- You only add people you have actually met or who chose to share their details with you, and you follow the privacy laws that apply to you when contacting them.
- You use the Chrome extension and connected services in line with those services' own terms. MetAt paces LinkedIn activity deliberately; you must not try to work around those limits.
- You keep your sign-in email and any connected accounts secure.
3. Plans and payment
- Paid plans renew monthly or yearly until canceled. You can cancel any time in Settings → Plan & billing; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
- AI draft packs are one-off purchases and do not expire.
- Prices are shown in US dollars and may change with 30 days' notice for existing subscriptions.
4. Availability
We aim to keep MetAt running reliably but provide it "as is". Third-party services (Telegram, Google, LinkedIn, Luma) may change in ways that affect features.
5. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
6. Ending the service
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service, for example sending spam to people captured with MetAt.
